Happy Holidays

Malcolm Sr loved classical music and loved listening to Handel's Messiah around the holidays. I can finally listen to it all the way through again this Christmas Season.

I think back on going to Grace Cathedral in San Francisco with my parents and Shana, my dear wife, to hear this performed live. Shana had the idea to go and I look back on the evening with fond and dear memories. He was so happy.

This is just one of the many memories that I hold near and dear to my heart. This Holiday Season has been rough at times - that's for sure. It's been a little over a year now and my Father is still missed beyond what words could possibly explain. However, we all were able to come together at Thanksgiving over at their home in San Anselmo and enjoy a fantastic meal together as a family. Adults and kids. Lives passed and present. There was even a decent amount of laughter - a staple of holidays with my Dad present, that's for sure! :)

If time allows, let this play in the background at some point this season. He'd love it! :)
